Printing Methods/Finishes
SCREEN PRINTING
The affordable answer for small runs. Standard for most magnets. Quick
lead time with excellent service life. Long lasting, durable ink
printed on high gloss or matte (semi-gloss for magnets) finish plastic.
SURFACE OFFSET PRINTING
Fine
detail printing at a cost effective price. An economical option for
short, medium and long runs. Great for short run, 4-color process
printing. Combines excellent service life and quick delivery. Durable,
U.V. ink printed on high gloss or matte. finish plastic.
LAMINATED OFFSET PRINTING:
Offers
maximum service life. Superior quality, standard for credit and bank
card applications. Detailed offset printing is sealed into the plastic
core material using a combination of heat and pressure. Most durable
printing process offered. Available in a high gloss or matte finish
plastic.

Options
Signature Panels: Screen printed for heavy ink coverage. Available in white, clear or tinted. Hot stamped security pantograph also available. Signature panel accepts ink from most standard ballpoint pens. Computer panel accepts print from most impact printer ribbons. Random samples available.

Magnetic Stripe: Available in 2, 3 & 4 track, low and high coercivity
Personalization: The look and feel of a prestigious credit card. Up to 5 lines (3 lines standard) with black, sliver or gold foil. Screen and surface offset printed cards must have 'knock out' area for embossing (can't emboss through an ink covered area on these). No 'knock out' needed for overlaminated cards. All embossed cards must be .030" thick.

Numbering: Low cost alternative for large volume PIN and/or consecutive numbering. Good quality with quick turnaround.
Affixing to Forms: Great for: Memberships, Associations, Insurance, Radio Stations, FUnd Raisers, Credit Unions. Ideal for promotional mailings and low cost personalization.
Many uses include tip charts, calendar cards, subscriber I.D. cards and frequent buyer punch cards. Available affixed to continuous or cut sheet carriers, as well as our all-in-one self mailer.
